You are all invited to use your creativity, talent and fantasy in this new contest! It is the first contest with prizes that I am making, so I hope it will be successful and Inshallah there will be more! So lets get started!

What Is This Contest About?
My goal is to get out of the artists the best they can do! Lets make DA more artistic place.. and for that we need some activity. This contest is for all artists who draw or paint with traditional or digital media, and who need to get some more attention. There are people on DA who can't really draw so well and they are popular. But there are many among you who deserve it more! So this is a contest to help you get more attention for your art.

What Do You Have To Do To Participate?
All you have to do is to send me a note with your basic info. That means your name or nickname, a picture which you want to represent you (any picture you want to be displayed above your name in the contest, it can be a picture from your gallery, your photo, or any picture which you like. just send me a link to it.), your age, country you live in, what kind of art you do, what are your favourite art styles and artists. I don't need your real photo or your real name, you can stay completely incognito if you wish so. What is important is your art. This info of all participating people will be published in a journal.

What Are The Rules?
It is better for you if you wait until the announcement that the contest starts. I want at least 15 people to participate, and you don't know if there will be at least 15 people participating, so if you start drawing right now, it could be in vain. I will make an announcement as soon as at least 15 people will send me a note that they what to participate. And the contest will start. People can still join after that, but they will have less time. This is the first time I am making a contest like this, so I have no idea how many people will be interested. Prizes are very tempting though, so I hope it will be enough to intrigue many artists!
the contest will last for two months since the announcement, so everyone will have enough time to finish their works, I hope.
You can have more than one entry, but maximum is three entries.
Only drawing and painting is allowed, traditional or digital. Photography and photomanipulation is out of this contest. You are allowed to use any kind of art style - realistic, anime, surreal, ... I want to support you in your style, so use whatever style you have! But chibies or any kind of "making things easy" are not allowed. So is not abstraction, of course.. it doesn't match the themes.
The entries will be judged by me.
No nudity and pornography.

What Are Are The Themes?
Themes are very wide, you can draw anything as long as it is concerning India, Japan or Arabic culture. Details are very appreciated.. also nice colours and shading. It isn't a rule that you have to draw people. But the theme must breathe from the picture...
